What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are just that — little greens. By harvesting the seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs, we are able to offer all the nutritional punch of a full-sized plant in a tiny, tender package.

We grow a wide variety of specialty microgreens to order right here in Salt Lake City, including arugula, broccoli, kale, sunflower and pea shoots, amaranth, corn, and more.

Microgreens contain high concentrations of vitamins and minerals and can help support healthy cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and promote gut health. They are a versatile addition to everyday meals and can be enjoyed on sandwiches, salads, stir fries, or blended into fresh smoothies and sauces.
