Freshly Harvested Produce

Our urban farm produces a diverse harvest of greens, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits for restaurants, markets, and our local community, with crops changing throughout the year in response to seasonal growing conditions.

Greens

We are able to grow greens all year round to supply to our restaurant partners and farmers markets. Gourmet Salad Mix, arugula, spinach, baby chard, baby kale, mizuna (mustard greens), lettuce mix, collard greens, dandelion greens, and more!

Root Vegetables

Carrots, beets, turnips, and radishes are among our favorite root vegetables. We grow multiple varieties of each and offer colorful seasonal mixes when available in spring, summer, and fall ( and sometimes even into winter ) along with tuber crops like potatoes and sunchokes.

Spring & Fall Crops

When conditions allow, we harvest a wide range of brassicas including broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages, bok choy, and more. Seasonal rotations also include different varieties of peas and beans, asparagus, alliums such as garlic and onions, rhubarb, and winter squash.

Summer vegetables

During peak growing season, the farm is in full production with tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, eggplant, tomatillos, peppers, and other warm-season crops. We often grow mixed varieties and colors of each to bring diversity and flavor to our harvest.

Fresh Herbs & Edible Flowers

Our favorite classic herbs include rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, dill, sage, parsley and cilantro. Specialty herbs include citrus geranium, lemongrass, lavender, tarragon, and wormwood. We also grow colorful mixes of edible flowers, including nasturtium, calendula, bachelor buttons, stock, violas, and more.

Fruits

We grow delicious blackberries, strawberries, apples, peaches, pomegranates, service berries, pawpaws, plums, and more. Many of our fruit trees are still quite young, however, so we save the small harvest we can get to be used in our Secondary Products.
